Q. Why are your prices so low?
A. It is because we actually build the houses ourselves. We are committed to quality and value, which we can ensure by not hiring everything out.

Q. Why choose an RTM over building on-site?
A. Most people choose an RTM when time and location are factors. You have the option of building your basement at the same  as we build your house, and you can move your home to areas difficult or inconvenient for builders to get to. Our RTMs typically take two months to build, which is much quicker than building on site.

Q. Do you do the move and the basement and all the connections?
A. No. We build your house.  You become the project manager after that, and have the opportunity to save additional money that way. We do recommend specific movers, and sometimes can recommend trusted trades in your area to do the basement and connections. However, most of our trades are local, and our homes are moved all over Manitoba and Saskatchewan. We recommend you finding excellent trades in your area to avoid the additional time and cost of us sending them out to you.
